Thanks to Erin I have a recipe for Coconut Cloud Cake (my favorite). So, for my birthday, I made one. It took about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. It's got a meringue frosting and lemon curd in between the layers. Thanks again Erin. I know this cake is going to be so good. I'm looking forward to sharing it with the family tomorrow.
